It's that time! Tomorrow is the Mountainlands Community Health Fair! Mountainlands Community Health Center is hosting a health fair to help raise awareness of what health services are available in our community, and we'll be there!
The Fair is from 5-8 PM. We'll be outside doing some basic demos, sharing information, and hanging out with our fellow booth-mates from 5-6:30ish. Then at 7 PM, we're taking the party inside and doing a free class from 7-8 PM! Four of our instructors will be teaching some heart-pumping routines to get you moving towards an active, healthy lifestyle!
We will be cancelling all evening classes tomorrow, Wednesday, August 24th to encourage participation in the health fair. Please come check it out and then get your workout at our free class! And hey, it's free! So now is a great time to drag a friend and get healthy together!
