Farmer's Market Demo

Thanks to everyone who came and made last night's Dia de la Independecia party a huge success! It was so much fun and we'll be sure to do it again!

Just a heads up that we're gonna shake up class this Saturday! We will not be having class at the studio as usual, but we'll be holding a free demo class outside at the Farmer's Market at Pioneer Park (500 W. Center Street, Provo) from 10-11 AM. Free Zumba, fresh air, and local goods. Win, win, win!

Dia de la Independencia Party!

Hey Zumba amigas and amigos! Latin Energy Studio is hosting a party this coming Thursday to celebrate Dia de la Independencia (Mexico's Independence Day)! No Zumba this time, just great Mexican music, dancing, and food. The party will be from 7-10, and it's adults only this time, so ditch the kids, bring your date, and come dance the night away! The cost is $5/person, or $8/couple.

Come celebrate a fabulous part of our studio's heritage, help us raise some money, and come party hard with us!

You can RSVP to the event on Facebook, and pass it along to friends!

Back-to-School Night!

To celebrate this magical time of new school supplies, shiny school shoes, textbooks, and the coming of fall, we're throwing a "Back-to-School" party! If you've never tried Zumba or just never been to Latin Energy, this is the perfect chance to try it out because it's FREE! It's an hour and a half of Zumba with a little taste from all of our instructors! Plus, it's a great time to buy that discounted September or student pass! (Hint, hint, hint...)

The class will be from 6:30-8:00 this Thursday, September 8th. If you haven't been to the studio before, parking and the entrance is around back on the south side of the building. You can RSVP and invite friends to the event on Facebook.

Come Zumba with us! And remember, this event is FREE, so invite...well, everyone!

Back to School Special

It's that time of year! As summer ends and everyone heads back to school, routines change. Don't let your exercise routine slip--make time for your Zumba! So in order to help you make time in your new schedule for Zumba, we're offering a back to school special for the month of September!

Purchase a month pass any time in September for only $30!

And, in order to help out all of you starving students, we've also decided to add a student special! Show your student ID card and purchase your monthly pass for only $25!

Mountainlands Community Health Fair

It's that time! Tomorrow is the Mountainlands Community Health Fair! Mountainlands Community Health Center is hosting a health fair to help raise awareness of what health services are available in our community, and we'll be there!

The Fair is from 5-8 PM. We'll be outside doing some basic demos, sharing information, and hanging out with our fellow booth-mates from 5-6:30ish. Then at 7 PM, we're taking the party inside and doing a free class from 7-8 PM! Four of our instructors will be teaching some heart-pumping routines to get you moving towards an active, healthy lifestyle!

We will be cancelling all evening classes tomorrow, Wednesday, August 24th to encourage participation in the health fair. Please come check it out and then get your workout at our free class! And hey, it's free! So now is a great time to drag a friend and get healthy together!

As if this month isn't awesome enough at Latin Energy Studio, we've decided to give away a FREE month to celebrate our new studio-wide pass! That's right--any instructor, any class, any time--for free! We're doing the giveaway through our Facebook page, so if you don't "like" us already on FB, go check it out now!

There's three ways to be entered into the drawing:

August Events

We have a couple very exciting events coming up this month! The first is the Mountainlands Community Health Fair on August 24th. Mountainlands Community Health Center is non-profit organization that provides pharmacy, medical, dental and mental health services, regardless of a patient's insurance status or ability to pay. They're hosting a health fair to help raise awareness of what services are available, and have invited us to come participate! Make sure to stop by, check out the fair, and get in a little dose of Zumba at the same time!

We are so excited to announce that we have JP SANTANA coming to do a Master's class at Latin Energy Studio this month!! For those of you who haven't heard of JP Santana before, he is a spicy Latin Jam instructor from Columbia with some mad skills and credentials--including working with Zumba creator, Beto Perez. Take a sneak peek at his hot style here:

New Pricing!!

We are excited to announce new pricing for Latin Energy Studio! Previously, $35 bought you a month pass to one instructor's class. We are now offering a STUDIO-WIDE pass for $35 a month! That means any instructor, any class, any time!

Our drop-in rate has also changed from $3, to the standard in Utah Valley of $5; which means our studio-wide pass is really an amazing value, paying for it's self in only 7 classes!

And stay tuned for our new schedule coming next week! Latin Energy Studio is proud to offer more class options than any Zumba studio in Utah Valley, giving you more options and more ways to stay active, have fun, and be healthy!

Classes Cancelled Tomorrow

Don't forget! All Zumba classes are cancelled tomorrow, Tuesday, August 2nd. The Studio has a conflicting event going on all day. So take the chance to try something new and shake up your workout for the day! Go running, swimming, hiking, yoga, anything. Just keep moving! And don't worry, we're back as usual on Wednesday!

Pre-Parade

Thank you to everyone who came out and danced, as well as everyone who cheered for us on the sidelines! Despite a lack of water and some technical difficulties, we had a blast in the Freedom Festival Pre-Parade! Pre-Parade Help

If you haven't heard our big news yet, we're performing in the Pre-Parade for the Freedom Festival on Monday, July 4th! The parade starts at 9:00 AM, and the Pre-Parade starts at 7:45, so make sure to get stake your claim and get you spot early to watch us perform!

Also, we need your help to make it happen! We're still looking for a 4-wheeler for our sound system for the Pre-Parade. And we're willing to make it worth your while. We're giving away a free month of Zumba to whoever can help us find one! Studio 600 Open House

Now is your chance to help us show off the new studio! We're having an open house at the studio next Thursday (the 19th) from 6:30-8:00 PM. All four instructors will be teaching and we'll be raffling off free classes! The open house will be free, so bring your neighbors/friends/family!

Moving!

Huge news! Latin Energy Studios is moving! Studio 600 in Provo is now the official home of Latin Energy Studios! Starting tomorrow, all of our classes will be at the new location. The address for the studio is 177 W. Center Street, Provo. The parking and entrance is on the south side of the building.

The new studio is amazing!! We can't wait to get started and show it off! See you there!

Our new schedule starts on Monday! We're adding three classes: 6:30 AM, 4:30 PM, and 8:00 PM. Check out the complete schedule under the "Class Schedule & Pricing" tab above.

Also, check out our instructors on our new "Bios" page above. Show our new instructors--Jessica, Amy, and Cindy--some Zumba love by trying out their new classes! Remember, your first class is free!

Openhouse!

Hey Zumba friends! We have our first ever FREE Zumba Openhouse this Wednesday night! It's a chance to meet all of our new instructors, get information on all of the new classes we're offering, make some new friends, find out what Zumba is all about, and most of all...just have some fun!

Our friends at Freedom Mini Mall in Provo have generously lent us their warehouse for the evening so that we can fit more people. The party is from 6-8 PM and it's openhouse style, so drop in for one or two songs or stay and dance with us all evening! And remember, it's FREE, so invite your friends and make it a girl's night out!
